It is a 5 min drive to Skaha lake beach, Skaha Bluffs Provincial Park, biking and walking trails, the marina and tennis courts. Likewise, a stone’s throw away from shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The cottage boasts plenty of private outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine, views and the natural landscapes of the South Okanagan.

The Space:

Enjoy a large patio area overlooking a cherry orchard, including a propane BBQ. The living room and dining room are comfortable for guests who want to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen or relax and watch Netflix after a long day. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 King room, 1 Queen room and a third bedroom with a set of bunkbeds (double on the bottom, twin on top). Approx 1000sq' of living space.

Other things to note: This property is pet friendly and offers a generous outdoor area as well as walking right off the property. Please note that dogs must be leashed and stay within the gravel area in front of the cottage and cannot wander freely around the property. This is an active farm and orchard with spraying, farm and irrigation equipment.
