Cozy South Penticton terraced bungalow home, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fenced backyard with a covered patio and deck, and ample private parking space situated directly out front.  Centrally located, the home is close to shopping, a short drive to Skaha beach, and a stone’s throw to the channel parkway, with access to bike lanes and walkways. The property likewise enjoys immediate access to dog-walking trails and parks directly from the backyard.  Located on a quiet residential street with a private garden overlooking the oxbow slough, enjoy the sights and sounds of birds and nature from the back patio in this low-key Penticton get-away with family, friends and/or your furry friend.

Perfect for families, two couples, or a few friends to enjoy Penticton (up to max of 6 guests – best suited for 4 adults and/or 2 children).  City of Penticton licensed and inspected for your safety (#00114347).

The Space:

Enjoy a large patio area and yard, including a propane BBQ.  The living room and dining room are comfortable for guests who want to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen or relax and watch Netflix after a long day.  There are 3 bedrooms: 2 Queen rooms, and a third bedroom with a set of bunkbeds. Approx 1050sq' of living space.

You will also have access to a secured tall shed to store your sports equipment, (bicycles, golf clubs, paddleboards, skis, strollers, hockey equipment, etc).

Other things to note:

This is a ROW HOME with SHARED WALLS with two neighbours.  To promote an enjoyable vacation experience, and to be mindful of the neighbours, please note there are NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
