This beautiful private home, aka "Rancho Relaxo", is nestled above Skaha Lake and Skaha Bluffs, on a quiet Penticton country road. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake, orchards, vineyards, and city below. Conveniently located only a few minute drive from the beach, wineries, and all the amenities Penticton has to offer. You'll even be able to stroll down to a couple wineries (Crescent Hill and Pentage Winery) nearby!

**Mid October to Mid May (Seasonal) guests can enjoy the use of a rustic wood burning Finnish sauna on the property! ** Kindly note the sauna will be closed during fire season. 

Whether you are here for a wine-getaway with friends, a family vacation, or an outdoor adventure getaway, this home is perfectly laid out and located for you to enjoy all the South Okanagan has to offer, regardless of the season. Perfect for groups of up to 6 guests. City licensed and inspected (#00113870) for your safety. 

The Space:

Enjoy 3000 sq' of living space. Air conditioned in the summer, or cozy up to the fireplace in the winter. On the main floor you'll find the Master Bedroom (King bed) with ensuite four piece washroom and sunroom, and the 2nd bedroom (double bed). There is another half bathroom on this floor as well. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a nice meal, and there is a BBQ for your use. Amazing indoor/outdoor living in mind with a large deck with sweeping views of the valley. The living room has a large Smart TV (bring your own Netflix/streaming login). High speed wifi throughout the home. 

On the Lower Floor is the 3rd bedroom (Queen Bed) with walk-out to the garden, another bathroom with shower, and washer/dryer. There is a also a large bonus rec room with pool table for your use!

Other Things to Note:

We encourage use of the decks and yard, but please note this is a quiet residential area and there is to be no loud music after 10pm as this a serene environment and we need to be mindful of our neighbours. Kindly note other house rules: No pets, no events/parties, no smoking indoors, and max of 6 guests overnight.

Kindly note there is a landscaper that comes by seasonally, usually on Mondays or Tuesdays, but this will not disturb your stay.
